Leather Digitally Printed Clutch

The JUMA duo like to take contemporary themes from the west and fuse them together with tribal themes from the east. This Inuit print is inspired by Northern Canadian Aboriginal culture where they took ideas from old Inuit folklore stories and artworks and hand drew designs based on the local wildlife.  These ideas were fused together using inspirations from New York city graffiti street art to create something more indigenous yet contemporary.

 JUMA兄妹喜欢把现有的西方灵感和东方的部落主题结合在一起。这个因纽特印花的灵感是来源于北部加拿大的土著文化，他们从老因纽特人的民间传说故事，工艺品和手工野外动物中提取灵感。这些灵感融合起来再使用纽约街头涂鸦艺术使它更加本土却又当代。
